  • practice hands apart (assaat avissaartillugit) first
  • pull loop across body and against rope hand while beginning the move

No Points:

  • hand with loop reaches over, letting loop go slack
  • feet first, reverse variation

AcceptableĀ Habits:

  • taking a while to shimmy over the ropes

Notes

The basic high rope maneuver is made more difficult by keeping one hand in a loop.
