  • get chest up against ropes then shift all weight to loop hand and try to swing opposite elbow over ropes

No Points:

  • hand with loop reaches over, letting loop go slack
  • feet first, reverse variation

Acceptable Habits:

  • taking a while to shimmy over the ropes
