- hands apart, both palms towards face
Helpful Hints
- feet first version is easier
- for forward version let wrists twist apart in opposite directions, bringing head sideways over rope
Judging
Must move around the rope. No jumping. You must end the move with hands still together on the rope.
Acceptable Habits:
- swinging legs before pulling body up
Notes
Worth an extra point from the previous similar moves because in this case the knuckles are under the rope making it harder to initiate.
