- practice initially over padded floor
Judging
Must move around the rope. No jumping. Thumbs must not reach away from fingers at any time during rotation.
Acceptable Habits:
- swinging legs before pulling body up

This may look like a repeat but notice the thumbs now are not gripping the rope.
