Set Up
- arms crossed, alternate grips
Helpful Hints
- let hands go close enough to touch
- lean head towards top arm initially, then wiggle to opposite side
Judging
Must move around the rope. No jumping. Hands may not overlap gripping the rope.
Acceptable Habits:
- hands touch
- shimmying, wiggling when half way over
Notes
Crossing the arms makes it harder, and is worth two extra points.
