- one hand on ropes palm towards face and touching top of loop, other hand in loop

- practice hands apart (assaat avissaartillugit) first
- pull loop across body and against rope hand while beginning the move

No Points:
- hand with loop reaches over, letting loop go slack
- feet first, reverse variation
Acceptable Habits:
- taking a while to shimmy over the ropes
