- one hand on ropes palm towards face, other hand in loop
Helpful Hints
- shoulder of arm holding loop goes over rope first
- get chest up against ropes then shift all weight to loop hand and try to swing opposite elbow over ropes

No Points:
- hand with loop reaches over, letting loop go slack
- feet first, reverse variation
Acceptable Habits:
- taking a while to shimmy over the ropes
