Set Up
- each hand in a loop, palms in opposite directions
Helpful Hints
- shoulder of arm with palm facing away goes over rope first
- drop head sideways, cheek against rope, then bring enough weight over until gravity does the rest
Judging
No Points:
- hand with loop reaches over, letting loop go slack
Acceptable Habits:
- taking a while to shimmy over the ropes
Notes
Putting one hand in a loop was hard enough but now the same series of moves are repeated with both hands in a loop.
