Set Up
- one hand grips ropes, other arm reaches over rope and holds opposite wrist, both palms towards face
Helpful Hints
- do not let ropes slip into armpit, keep them on forearm
- when head gets above rope lean towards arm that holds wrist
Judging
No Points:
- letting go of wrist before finishing
- feet first, reverse variation
Acceptable Habits:
- not all fingers stay wrapped around wrist
