Set Up
- one hand grips ropes palm facing in, other forearm is twisted in rope palm away, hands touching
Helpful Hints
- be cautious at finish to unwrap forearm before dropping to ground, otherwise injury can occur
Judging
No Points:
- hands not touching when rotation finished
- head first, forward variation
Acceptable Habits:
- letting go of twisted hand before dropping to ground, but after rotation complete
