- opposite hand grips, leg over rope on same side as palm away hand, hands not touching

- reach far to the side with outstretched hand
- pull ropes close to torso with inside hand

No Points:
- toe or ankle touch rope during rotation
- lower leg first, reverse variation
Acceptable Habits:
- swinging with free leg
