Set Up
- hands apart, alternate grips, each hand holds only one rope
Helpful Hints
- rope strung tighter makes it easier
- rough, hard rope may be abrasive to knuckles as hands scrape rope during rotation
Judging
Must move around the rope. No jumping.
Acceptable Habits:
- does not matter which hand holds which rope (how ropes cross)
Notes
The only high rope move done with the two ropes separated. This is similar to the move at the beginning of the high rope list.
